If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, within 60 Days of delivery, regardless of whether you have emptied the bottle or not, return it for a full refund of the purchase price minus your return shipping costs and a small handling fee of $5.00 per bottle.
Please read this page carefully before returning. Its important that you follow the instructions completely. Failure to do so could cause significant problems and/or delays in the processing of your refund.
We are unable to accept or issue a refund for any packages marked return to sender or refused. Reshipments due to problems beyond our control are considered replacements and therefore do not qualify for the 60 day guarantee, so make sure your address is correct when ordering and that you pick up any packages held for you at your local post office.
To obtain your refund, you must do the following: Call us at 813-840-3721 within 60 days of your delivery date. Dial extension 104. You will be given instructions on how to request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number is valid for 14 days and must be written on the outside of the box containing the returned product. To receive your refund, you must return and we must receive the returned product within this 14 day period, i.e., before the RMA number expires. Be sure to write the return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the box. You must pay for return shipping. We are unable to process refunds on any packages received after the RMA has expired.

If you return a package, we recommend that you get proof of shipment.
Upon receipt of your returned product with a valid RMA number, a full refund, minus a $5.00 handling fee per bottle and any original or return shipping charges incurred, will be issued to your credit card within 5 business days. It may take an additional 1-2 days to appear on your statement.
*Empty bottle guarantee only applies to the first bottle. Any additional bottles must be returned to us unopened in order to qualify for a refund. You will only be credited for bottles returned. Used or unused bottles that are not returned back to us do not qualify for a refund. Our refund and return policy applies to first orders only and does not apply to any reorders. 60 day guarantee begins on the date received.
