Premium Naturals LLC ships SkinBright worldwide. All orders are shipped from our Traverse City, Michigan warehouse.

SkinBright is normally shipped from our fulfillment center, usually within 1-3 business days of your order via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Packages normally arrive within 2-4 business days after they leave our fulfillment center. Your SkinBright package will usually arrive at your door within 4-7 business days from your date of ordering. We use USPS Delivery Confirmation to make sure your order arrives safe and sound. We value our international customers just as much as our domestic customers, and do our best to provide a positive experience.

PLEASE NOTE – For all international shipments, Premium Naturals will not be held liable or responsible for any problems you may encounter with your local customs office. If any customs duties are assessed, they are your responsibility. We cannot provide refunds for orders that are seized by your local customs office, refused, or not picked up by the purchaser, or not deliverable as you address it.

Premium Naturals LLC ships all international orders via USPS First Class International Mail (no tracking available after reaching destination country). We are not responsible for packages beyond the port of entry.

Premium Naturals will not ship to countries that require special licensing, or that regulate products of this kind. In the event we are unable to ship your order to your current location we will notify you and process a refund to your card.

Packages can take up to 4 weeks for delivery, but that will mostly depend on what is a normal shipment time from the US to your country. We strictly adhere to all customs and shipping procedures, tariffs, or duties imposed by the destination country. Please check with your country’s customs office for precise charges. If the order is refused, the customer is responsible for both duties incurred at the border of the respective country and shipment back to our warehouse.

Reshipments due to problems beyond our control are considered replacements, and therefore do not qualify for the 60 day guarantee, so make sure your address is correct when ordering, and that you pick up any packages held for you at your local post office.

Premium Naturals reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense. Premium Naturals is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.
